BCG - Steel Pressed Reels with a Single Flange - Single flange pressed steel reels suitable for cables, wires and strands. Can be used for internal process of for shipping. The available flange diameters are the following : mm. 315, 400, 450, 500, 560, 600, 630, 760, 800, 1000.

  

Designed as per DIN standard or according to customers' specifications, these reel types can be manufactured by making use of different sheet thickness, depending on the application required. A partial machining of the reels and a dynamic balancing can be provided as option for high speed applications. Special reinforcements for drum twister are also available. These reels are epoxy-painted or powder coated and are often supplied with steel pallets for reel storage.
