This
ectrostatic powder coating system is aimed to resolve
the environmental problems due to the traditional
apparatus.
 The
system is available to "Blocking
Water" for m.t. cables.
The powder
coating device consists of one electromagnetic
unit suited to deposit the wants quantity of talc on
the cable's surface with the electrostatic dispositive,
during the work.
Two ionized ejectors and one fluidization
system allow the application of the quantity of talc,
regulating the parameters throught provided potentiometer
and pressure regulators.
One filter and aspirator system
ensures the powder continually get into the circulation,
avoiding the scattering in surrounding.
A second unit (talc alimentator),
places by the apparatus, allows to transfer the talc
automatically without any operator's handling and talc
dispersion.
