• Main frame machined in order to have drawing rings stagger to achieve perfect alignment wire/dies in any part of the drawing compartment.
• Final haul-off capstans driven by independent motor.
• Standard machine is supplied with air overpressure generator (one for each line of drawing rings) to feed the labyrinth seals.
• The drawing of the wires is performed with die holders and wire path immersed in the drawing lubricant, with additional high velocity jet of lubricant to the dies.
• Upon request the machine is supplied with A.C. drives controlled by vectorial inverter to assure power factor (cos 0) . 0.98.

The aluminium alloys drawing machine MSS.100 can be connected to static spooler SW.630-SW.800 or dynamic spoolers.
